Passions & Background
Rooted in experience, guided by love
For more than 12 years, I have been the person family and friends call on during some of the most meaningful — and sometimes most challenging — moments of their lives. Birth announcements at 3 a.m., questions about reproductive health, the grief of infertility, the joy of a long-awaited pregnancy: these experiences shaped not only my path, but my heart.
My own journey through birth, reproductive health challenges and infertility deepened my understanding of what it means to be truly supported. I learned that compassion is not just a feeling; it is an action. It shows up in the quiet hand on a shoulder, the calm voice in a crowded room, and the fierce belief that every woman deserves to be heard.
That calling led me to become a full-spectrum doula and women's wellness practitioner, creating a space where women feel safe, respected and empowered through every stage of their reproductive journey.
